The last vegetables left from the seeds of Fukuoka that seeded from seed balls without cultivation, water nor intervention are growing own their own near fruit trees. They are still healthy although the weather is below zero.
You also can see a non-budded date palm that comes from a seed ball. Wild animals are struggling to find food enough due to cold weather. We left some of the dates on the trees which are resistant to cold and long lasting foods for wild animals. They already are quite happy.
On the other hand, the gingko tree started to present it’s fruits to the nature and all beings recent years after three decades.
We bottled and fermented our grapes which climbed to the trees freely so that it warms us up all winter.
For the first time in this year, we are going to try making sake from Fukuoka’s rices. We are eager to see the progress.
