A natural farm in Bolivia

Valentina is a direct student of Masanobu Fukuoka who has a touch in many lives.

After spending time with Fukuoka, she returned to Bolivia and with 50 families living in the countryside of Bolivia founded a natural farm. When I met them, the whole village was/still is living on agricultural activity. They were happy and joyful. There are some words from her:

” From the beginning of our walk on the path of solid wisdom, we have welcomed all the activities around the Andean agrocentric cycle. The farm has therefore always occupied a main space in which everything integrates, rotates and recreates itself around it.
The rites of sowing and harvesting are real celebrations, games arise and there is great joy because these expressions of happiness are essential to attract abundance, to keep interpersonal relationships healthy and alive.
Her seeds are Pachamama’s daughters, so they are welcomed with so much love and joy.
We dreamed of creating or regenerating forests of food and biodiversity, of creating a friendly and multidiverse agriculture, of generating a point of reference, helping to regenerate, creating water, for future generations.
We started regenerating coca and planting a coffee plantation with more than 100 native trees, fruits, timber, legumes. We have a long way to go, a lot to learn and a lot to collect!
This is a community of about 50 families, mostly Aymara families, others with Quechua roots. They have their home here and there, they are from the mountains, from the valley and from the hills, they interact with the various floors, cultivating according to their needs. ”
