These swisschards that you see in the photos is not planted. Soil was not plowed, no chemical / organic matter was used, weed was not cleaned and no water was used. Even the seed did not scatter. It grows there by itself. Under the fruit trees, some are in the shade of rosemary.
Zero intervention, zero work, zero expense. You can live a healthy life just by entering the garden and collecting the plants that catch your eye that day. Likewise, it is not a coincidence that the plant strikes you that day. What your body needs will appear at that moment.
