We harvested the first lentils ripened while the cherry harvesting keep going. The lentils that we don’t sell are quite delicious and we planted them to eat with volunteers and guests who visit us.
The vegetables that growning up by themselves and together are great, too. We watered them only for once since the start of season. These ones are also in the third photo.
We still haven’t encountered any diseases in the farm. We assume that the percentage of animals’ eating fruits and vegetables is between %5 and %10.
In the last photo, you can see the beans, sunflowers and corns we planted today. All of the bean kinds in the photo were borrowed from South American natives.
Note: There is no plowing, no chemicals/poisons, no fight against wild herbs in the process of growing these foods you see in the photo. The only work is to spread the seeds and then harvesting, selling them.
