Since the season started, the farm has harvested an average of 1.7 tons of fruit and vegetables per week.<\/p>\n

Only 10% of this production has not been sold \/ entered the market. For reasons such as bad shape, light color, etc., people either did not want to buy it or we guessed that they would not like it and we didn\u2019t send it. Foods that are not sold directly, although we do not like it, have been turned into dead foods such as jam, molasses and fruit leather. Some of it has been left to dry.<\/p>\n

Since the production cost of all these products is zero, we continue to follow the price policy that has been going on for years. The price of each natural food from the farm is 2 euro \/ kg.<\/p>\n

The soil has not been plowed for 35 years, no agricultural products \/ poisons \/ tools, petroleum fuels, fertilizers, etc. are used. Fruit trees are not pruned. Everything continues in its own motion.<\/p>\n

Only this year, we decided to update the price policies. At least for the tomato. The price of tomatoes per kg will be 0.60 cents in the next week’s orders. The reason for this is that in the middle of the summer, under the name of organic, 1 kg of tomatoes is sold for 6-7 Euros and only appeals to a certain segment. However, natural foods should be cheap and accessible to everyone. Otherwise, the farm turns into a food-growing farm to satisfy the desires of a particular group. It moves away from natural agriculture and falls under the yoke of the system.<\/p>\n
